Custom Order Policy:

For custom orders, 50% of the estimated amount is to be paid in advance, Which is non-refundable. Remaining amount is to be paid after the completion of order(before shipping).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are returning any custom order purchase then only 50% of purchase amount will be credited to you. Once your refund is approved, we will initiate your refund via NEFT transfer to your bank account. We may request you for your bank account details before initiating the refund.

 If You Received Merchandise Which Was Not Described In The Item Listing, You Are Allowed To Receive 100% Money Back Guarantee.

If You Received Merchandise Which Was Described In The Item Listing And Still You Want To Return Then You Have To Pay 10% Restocking Fee On The Closing Price Of The Received Items And Shipping Cost Will Not Be Refunded. All Items Must Be In Their Original Condition.

 If You Are Shipping The Item Back Then Item Should Be Fully Insured For The Value Of The Items. Buyer Is Responsible For All Insurance And Shipping Charges On Returned Items Back To Us.
